This book had me tiptoeing through every chapter like I was sneaking snacks at 2 a.m. because you never know what’s waiting around the next corner. One minute I’m swooning over silver eyes, the next I’m questioning my sanity and Lyra’s chances of surviving anything at all. I was fully on my toes while the plot threw glitter-coated chaos at me.
